Don鈥檛 delay your financial aid refund! Update your mobile phone number in ctcLink.

By June 9, log into ctcLink and verify your cell phone number is listed as 鈥Mobile鈥 phone type in your Contact Info. For detailed instructions, see the tutorial on updating your contact information

Starting June 10, BankMobile will require a mobile number for account activation and login security codes (Multifactor Authentication - MFA).

If your number isn鈥檛 updated, your refund could be delayed. For assistance with changing your phone number, please connect with the One Stop Center at onestop@lowercolumbia.edu.

 Screen reader mode update

The "Enable Screen Reader Mode" option at the  does not automatically activate! The state team is working on a permanent fix, but until then screen reader mode must be enabled manually. Visit the  page for instructions.
