Scholarships from Outside Agencies

Scholarships are an excellent way to help you afford college.

The availability of scholarships varies depending on several factors, including the educational institution, program of study and funding source. It鈥檚 important for students to research and explore various scholarship opportunities early and often to increase their chances of securing additional financial aid. Several websites offer free scholarship searches, including , College Board鈥檚Scholarship Search, and the U.S. Department of Labor鈥檚 . Also check out your public library鈥檚 reference section, local businesses or civic groups, and organizations related to your field of interest.
